Fields all requests by homeowners to alter their properties (house color, additions, fences, etc.) to ensure compliance with the NGHOA Architectural Covenants, which are only intended to keep the look/feel of the neighborhood consistent. Communicates all approved requests to the homeowner and presents any questionable or denied requests to the board for final determination. Inspects subdivision homes for compliance with the HOA covenants, issues warning and levies fines.

Reports to the appointed Director and oversees the maintenance and repairs to all NGHOA common grounds (pool, tennis court, playground areas, etc.) as dictated by the budget approved by the NGHOA membership.

Responsible for updating and making changes as needed to NGHOA website as well as all email correspondence and community awareness.

Establishes and administers guidelines for the welcoming of new NGHOA residents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the distribution of welcome packages, general community awareness, signing up new members, new projects and overall neighborhood betterment.
